Late Tanhabai Zindure English School

You can find us at the Jigthan Phata, right along the Pune Highway in Waluj. Being in the Aurangabad area, it stays pretty busy around here with all the trucks and cars passing by. Late Tanhabai Zindure English School isn't a massive place, but we have enough room for the kids who come from the nearby neighborhoods. The building sits close to the road, so there is always a bit of background noise from the traffic. We teach in English, which is what many parents around here are looking for these days. The classrooms are filled with wooden desks and charts that the teachers have made by hand. We don't have a big staff, just a group of dedicated people who show up every morning to help the kids learn their ABCs and numbers. The playground is a bit small, but it’s enough for a game of kabaddi or just running around during the break. We have a routine that we follow strictly, starting with the assembly in the morning where everyone stands in lines. It’s not a polished or fancy institution. Some of the paint is fading and the gates creak a little when you open them. But it’s a place where real work happens. We focus on the books and making sure the children understand their lessons. It’s a practical, local school for the families living and working in the Waluj industrial belt, and we are proud to be part of their lives.
