Al Irfan Residential School

We are located at Post Suli Bhanjan in the Khuldabad area of Aurangabad. It is a quiet part of Maharashtra, surrounded by a lot of history and old hills. The school is residential, so the students are here with us through the term. The road leading up to the school is a bit dusty and isn't always in the best shape, especially after the rainy season. Our buildings are simple and painted in plain colors, nothing that stands out too much from the landscape. I spend my time mostly in the office or walking through the corridors to make sure everything is in order. We have a routine that starts early in the morning and ends late in the evening. The food we serve is simple local fare, and we all eat together in the common hall. It gets very hot in Aurangabad during the summer months, so we have to make sure there is enough shade and water for everyone. We don't have the big budgets of the city schools, so we fix things ourselves when they break. It is a very humble environment where the focus is just on the daily lessons and chores. Life moves at a slower pace out here, and we are just used to the quiet and the steady rhythm of the school year.
