Our place, Kaveris Bio Proteins Pvt. Ltd., is out at S. F. No. 172/ 2- 3- 4, which we call Kaaveri Vazhagam in Vasanthapuram. It’s a bit of a spread-out spot, which is good because we need the room for the bio protein work we do. It’s more of a facility than just a regular office. We have different sections for the processing and the storage. The air around here usually smells a bit like the materials we are working with, which isn't bad once you get used to it. We spend a lot of time looking at batches and making sure the protein quality is where it should be. The staff mostly comes from around Vasanthapuram, so it feels like a local workplace. We have some heavy machinery that makes a fair bit of noise during the day, but that’s how you know we are actually getting things done. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit and tie. Most of us are in work clothes because things can get a bit messy. We’ve put a lot of work into the Kaaveri Vazhagam site to make it functional for what we need. It’s a quiet area otherwise, away from the main city buzz, which helps us focus on the technical side of the proteins. We just keep our heads down and do the work, making sure every batch is handled correctly before it leaves.
