Idealgoats Farm Private Limited

Namakkal is very well known for its farms, and we are right there on Mohanur Road. Our specific spot is 34/29-C in the Thiru Nagar area. Idealgoats Farm is basically exactly what it says. We have goats. Quite a lot of them, actually. They are noisy and they eat a huge amount of feed, but we like having them around. The farm is on the edge of the town where there’s a bit more room for the animals to move. We spend most of our mornings cleaning out the pens and getting the fresh feed ready. It’s hard work on the back, especially when you’re hauling those heavy sacks of grain every day. The Namakkal sun can be absolutely brutal in April and May, so we make sure the goats have plenty of shade and clean water. We aren’t some big industrial operation. It’s more of a family-run feel. We have a few guys from the nearby village who come in to help us out. The office is just a simple desk in the corner of the main storage shed. We keep all our records in some old notebooks. It works fine for us. People come by Mohanur Road to see what goats we have available. We don't do any fancy sales pitches or marketing. You see the goats, you see how we treat them, and that’s the end of it. It’s a simple life. Sometimes the goats get out and we have to chase them, but that's the job.
