Ganeshwari Food Products is tucked away in Komarapalayam, right behind the PWD quarters in Subhash Nagar. Our address is No 1/585-29, but most locals just know the area as the back side of the government housing. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, though you can still hear the neighborhood sounds throughout the day. We have been operating from here for a bit, and the space is usually filled with the smell of whatever we are processing that day. It is not a huge place, so things can get a little crowded when we are busy with orders. We spend our mornings setting everything up and making sure the machines are ready to go. The weather here can get pretty sticky, so the windows are usually kept wide open to catch any breeze. We are not big on decorations or fancy office furniture. We mostly have just what we need to get the job done and stay organized. Sometimes people get lost trying to find the specific turn off Subhash Nagar to get to the back of the quarters, so we end up giving directions over the phone quite a bit. It is a simple life here, just working through the daily tasks and keeping things tidy. We know the neighbors and the local kids who play nearby. It feels like a real community. We just keep our heads down and do the work, day in and day out.
