Venugopal Bricks

We've been here at 1-2-154 in Cheruvugattu for a while now. Running Venugopal Bricks takes up most of the day. It’s a busy spot. Most mornings start early before the sun gets too hot. People come by looking for what they need for their walls or houses. We just handle the bricks. The yard stays dusty, especially when the trucks are moving in and out. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a work site with piles of red blocks. Sometimes it gets quiet, then suddenly three people show up at once. Cheruvugattu is a small enough place where folks eventually find us. We don’t have a big sign or flashy lights. You just look for the address. It’s a lot of manual labor, stacking and checking the loads. My hands are usually covered in grit by noon. That's just how it is. We keep track of everything in a ledger. There’s always something to move or sort. The weather plays a big part in how the day goes. Rain makes the ground soft, which is a mess for the heavy vehicles. But we manage. It’s just us doing the work every day. We don’t spend time on the computer much. Most of our time is spent out back. If you come by, you'll probably see us near the kiln or the loading area. It’s straightforward work. No big secrets here. Just Venugopal Bricks doing what we do at the same old spot.
