Shiva Sai Travells

Shiva Sai Travells is based in Thanedarpalli village. Our house number is 2-62. It’s in the Gurrampode mandal area. We mostly provide cars for hire when people need to travel for family functions or temple visits. I run this with my brother. We have been living in this village since we were kids. We didn't want to move to the big city for work, so we bought a car and started this small business. Now we have two cars. They aren't the newest models you'll see, but they run fine and we keep them serviced regularly. We don't have a separate office in the town. We just work from our home. If you walk past the house, you'll see the cars parked under the big neem tree to keep them cool during the hot afternoons. We don't have a big marketing plan or advertisements. Word of mouth is how we get most of our passengers. Sometimes we drive all night if someone needs to get to the airport or a far away town. It's tiring work but it pays the bills for the family. We know all the shortcuts through the backroads to avoid the heavy traffic. We don't wear uniforms or have fancy brochures to show people. We just talk to the customers and agree on a fair price. It’s a small, local way of doing things. We hope to stay here and keep driving for many more years.
