Our office is at H. No. 4-85 in Inupamula village, which is part of Kethepally Mandal in Nalgonda. Naveen Kumar Travels has been operating from here for some time now. Travel work isn't always easy because of the roads and the long hours, but we are used to it. We don't have a fleet of hundreds of cars. We have a few vehicles that we try to keep in decent shape so they don't break down in the middle of a trip. The phone rings at all hours, sometimes very early in the morning when someone needs to get to the city or a wedding. We don't have a fancy website with booking buttons. Usually, people just call us or come by the house to talk about where they need to go and when. It’s a very direct way of doing things. Sometimes the weather in Nalgonda gets very hot, which makes driving a bit of a chore, but you just have to get on with it. We know the routes around the district pretty well by now. There’s always some paperwork to do with the permits and the fuel receipts, but we handle it. We aren't a big corporate travel agency. We are just local people who know how to get from point A to point B without too much fuss. It’s a simple business run from a small village home where we grew up and still live.
