Our office is at House Number 5-159 in Kacharam. It’s part of the Thanedar Palli area in Gurram Podu Mandal, out in Nalgonda. It is a bit far from the big city noise of Hyderabad, which suits us just fine. Things move a bit slower out here in the mandal, but we stay busy with our projects. The building is just a regular house that we've converted into a working space. It’s got a bit of a yard and plenty of fresh air. You won't find any glass elevators or shiny reception desks here. We just have our desks set up in the rooms and a small kitchen where we make tea. Most of the people working here are from around Nalgonda. We know the area well and like being based in Kacharam. It feels more personal than being in a massive office park. We don't have a big HR department or a fleet of company cars. It’s just us and our equipment. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, so we have a few fans going all day long. We keep the doors open when it's nice out. It’s a humble place, but it’s where we do all our thinking and building. We don't put on any airs about what we do. It’s just honest work in a quiet corner of Telangana for Heighten Innovative Solutions Private Limited. We just handle the day as it comes.
