We are based out in Pochampally, which is in the Nalgonda district. Our specific location is linked to S O Mallesham, a name well known in this area. Being in Pochampally is quite different from being in the middle of a big city like Hyderabad. It is a lot quieter here, and the air feels a bit cleaner. We focus on technical services, which means we spend a lot of our time looking at diagrams or working with equipment. The workspace is more like a workshop than a fancy office. We have tools laying around and some spare parts on the shelves. It can get a bit messy, but we know where everything is. The people working here are mostly locals from the Nalgonda area. We have known each other for a long time, so there is no need for formal meetings or corporate talk. We just discuss what needs to be done over a cup of tea and then we get to it. Sometimes we have to travel to different sites, but this is our main base. The building is a simple one-story structure with plenty of space for what we need. It gets quite hot during the day, so we usually start early to beat the heat. We are just a group of people who enjoy working with our hands and solving technical problems. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just do the work.
