Veena Computer is tucked away in Basant Market over on Rachi Road. If you know Nalanda Vihar, you’ve probably passed by us a few times. We've been in this spot for a good while now. It's not a huge place, just enough room for the desks and all the cables we deal with. People from all over the Rachi Road area come in when their computers start acting up. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop around. We just want to make sure the work is done right. The market can get pretty busy, but we stay focused on whatever is on the workbench. It might be a keyboard that stopped working or something inside the tower that's making a weird noise. We don't use those scripted lines you hear at big stores. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Some days are busier than others, especially when school is in session or people are working from home more. We keep things simple. Basant Market is a good place for us to be because it’s easy for folks to find. We’ve grown to know the regulars pretty well. It feels good to help someone out so they can get back to their work or their movies. Nothing too complicated about it. We’re just here on Rachi Road, keeping the machines running as best as we can. It's just a regular shop for regular people who live around here.
