Competant

We are based at 2636 in Sector 40C, Chandigarh. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it doesn't feel like a cold business district. We have a few rooms where we set up our equipment and desks. The walls are a plain color, and we haven't really bothered with decorations because we are usually too busy to look at them. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who drop by. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice when you’re trying to concentrate on a difficult task. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and we just order some food from the nearby shops. The parking can be a bit tight on the street if everyone is home, but we usually find a spot. We’ve been here long enough that we know which floorboards creak and which light switches are a bit finicky. It’s just a normal place where normal people work. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or try to sound more important than we are. We are just Competant, working out of a small space in Chandigarh, making sure we stay on top of our responsibilities day by day. It is just a regular office life for us.
