Vidarbha Drug Manufacturers Association

Our office is the Vidarbha Drug Manufacturers Association. We are located care of Hjules & Company at Shanti Ngr. Our mailing address is PB No 347/545. We have been operating from this part of town for quite some time. As an association, we don't actually make the drugs ourselves. Instead, we are a place where different manufacturers come together. We handle a lot of the paperwork and coordination for the drug industry in the Vidarbha region. The office in Shanti Nagar is quite basic. It has a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of books about regulations. We aren't a big, polished organization. We are more like a small group of people trying to keep things organized for our members. Sometimes the phone rings all day and it gets a bit stressful. Other days are very quiet and we just work through the mail. We don't have any fancy marketing or big mission statements. We just try to be a helpful resource for the local businesses in our group. Being in Nagpur gives us a good central point for everyone. We know most of the people in the local industry and they know where to find us. It’s a steady job that involves a lot of reading and keeping track of changes in the laws. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the members get their updates and the files are all in the right place.
