Universal Medicaments is based right here at Universal Square in Shantinagar. If you know the area, you know it’s a pretty straightforward place to find. We’ve been set up in this building for some time now, and it’s become like a second home to most of us who work here. It’s not a huge, sprawling campus, but the square gives us enough room to handle our day-to-day tasks without tripping over each other. Shantinagar is a decent spot, though it gets a bit crowded during the peak hours. We don’t have any grand speeches to give about what we do. It’s mostly just us coming in, checking the logs, and making sure everything is where it should be. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers and people talking on the phone. We try to keep things organized, though some days the paperwork piles up faster than we can file it away. We aren't the type to put on airs or pretend we’re bigger than we are. We're just a group of people working together under one roof. When the sun goes down over Shantinagar, we’re usually still wrapping things up. It’s steady work, and we appreciate the routine of it all. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit, but we’re still here at the same address, doing the same things we’ve always done.
