Ultratech Cement

Our office is located in Nagpur, over in the Barde Layout in Borgaon. We are at Shivamkunj, F/61. It’s actually under the care of Anurag Telmore and Pankaj Srivastava. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s not as loud as the city center, but we still keep very busy every day. We manage the Ultratech Cement distribution from this spot. The layout is quite nice, though our office is pretty much just a working space filled with files and a couple of old computers. We don't have any fancy decorations or a corporate vibe at all. It’s just us handling the orders as they come in. We spend a lot of time talking to builders and making sure the trucks find their way through the narrow streets of Borgaon. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer, so the afternoons can be a bit slow, but the mornings and evenings are always a rush. We don't use any flowery language or try to sell ourselves too hard to anyone. People know where we are and what we do. We just try to be reliable. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up and we have to spend the weekend catching up. It’s just regular, everyday work for us. We’ve been in this layout for a while now and we’re part of the local scene. It’s a simple, no-nonsense way of doing business.
