Our office is on the second floor of Navprabhat Chambers on Central Bazar Road in Nagpur. It’s a busy area with lots of traffic and people moving around all day. We’ve been in this building for a while now. It’s not the most modern place, but it works for us. We have a small team here handling the administrative side of things. Most of the day is spent on the phone or working on the computer. It gets a bit cramped when we have everyone in the office at once, especially with all the files we have to keep. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer, so we’re thankful for the fans and the shade. We aren't some big corporate headquarters with glass walls. We’re just a regular office where we do our jobs. People stop by sometimes to drop off documents or ask questions. We usually have the tea man coming around twice a day, which is a nice break. The noise from Central Bazar Road is always there in the background. We just focus on keeping the records straight and making sure the communication between the sites is clear. It’s practical work. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just come in, handle the logistics, and head home once the sun starts to set. It’s a steady routine that keeps everything moving along without any unnecessary drama or fuss.
