Bhargava Company

Bhargava Company is based out of the Chandak Kothi building on Subhash Road. It is a fairly central location, which makes it easier for us to handle our daily business. The building itself is one of those older structures with thick walls and high ceilings. We have been working from this office for several years now. Our daily routine involves a lot of paperwork, phone calls, and meeting with people who come by to discuss their requirements. Subhash Road is usually quite loud with traffic, and that noise often drifts into our office. We do not have a modern, glass-walled office with fancy furniture. It is more about big wooden desks, stacks of files, and a couple of computers that are always running. There are three of us who handle most of the work here. We deal with various trading and supply tasks, so our inventory and records have to be checked constantly. Sometimes the lift in the building does not work, so we end up walking the stairs quite a bit. We are not a big corporation with many departments; we just handle everything ourselves. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time, though it gets hectic toward the end of the month when the accounts need to be settled. We like being on Subhash Road because everything we need is within walking distance. It is just a straightforward local business trying to stay organized in an old kothi.
