You can find us at N118 in the Sankranti Apartment. We are based in the Reshimbagh area. This is the office for Ultratech Cement Ltd. around here. It’s not a huge place, just a standard apartment that we’ve turned into our workspace. There’s a main room where most of the work happens and a smaller side room for storage. We keep it pretty simple. There are no fancy rugs or expensive paintings on the walls. We have our computers, some printers that sometimes jam, and a lot of notebooks. Reshimbagh is a busy neighborhood, and we like being part of the local scene. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with different sites. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s how it goes. We don’t have a big HR department or a marketing team here; it’s just a few of us handling the load. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we usually just keep going with whatever we can do manually. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of office. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to make sure the cement gets where it needs to go and the records are kept straight. It’s what we do every day. The fans are always spinning to keep the air moving. We've got a few chairs for visitors, but mostly it's just us.
