Our location is at 3/14 Vishramnagar Society in the Rajabaxa area, right near Medical Square in Nagpur. It is a very busy part of the city because of all the hospitals and clinics nearby. There is always a lot of noise from ambulances and traffic, so it is never really quiet at the office. We are tucked away in a spot that is mostly residential, but we have enough space to manage the daily deliveries. I usually get here early to open up the gates and see what arrived overnight. The dust from the cement is just part of the furniture here, and no matter how much you clean, it comes back the next hour. We do not have any marketing people or fancy salespeople in this office. It is just me and a couple of others who handle the phone calls and the physical work of moving the stock. Some days the heat in Nagpur is so bad that we have to slow down in the middle of the day. We sit in the shade and wait for the temperature to drop a bit before we start loading the trucks again. It is a straightforward way to make a living. We know the shopkeepers nearby and they know us. We just focus on keeping the orders straight and making sure everything is where it should be. It gets stressful when multiple trucks arrive at once, but we manage.
