Being out here in S-14, MIDC, Hingna means we are surrounded by factories and workshops. It’s an industrial area, so it’s always busy with trucks and workers. The air always has that smell of metal and machinery. Our place is a simple unit. We have a sign for Uiets Pvt.Ltd, but it’s a bit faded from the sun. Inside, it’s mostly practical. We have concrete floors and metal desks. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a fancy office park. It gets quite noisy during the day with all the activity in the MIDC. We usually start the day with a cup of strong tea. There are a lot of small stalls nearby where the workers go for snacks. We’re one of those businesses that just gets on with things. No one wears suits here. It’s more about getting the job done without worrying about how we look. The electricity can be a bit temperamental in this part of Nagpur, so we have a backup generator just in case. We have been in this spot for several years now and we know the other business owners nearby. It’s a tough, hardworking environment but it suits us fine. We spend most of our time at our desks or talking to people who stop by the gate. It's a very straightforward way to run a business. We don't have much decoration, just the essentials for our daily operations. It's a drive to get out here, but we like the vibe.
