Tuli International Hotel

Residency Road in Sadar is one of those places in Nagpur that everyone knows. Tuli International Hotel has been standing here for a long time, and we’ve seen the city change quite a bit from our front steps. Sadar is the kind of area where there is always something going on, with shops and offices all around us. Inside the hotel, it’s a bit more traditional. We have high ceilings and a lobby that has seen thousands of guests walk through over the years. The staff here mostly stay for a long time, so we know the building's quirks, like which windows stick a bit or which floorboards might creak. It’s a large hotel, but we try to keep it feeling like a place where you can actually rest. We have rooms for people traveling for work and halls for local families having celebrations. It’s a lot of work to keep an older building like this looking decent, and there is always something that needs fixing or painting. In the evenings, the street outside gets very crowded with cars and people looking for food, but once the sun goes down, it gets a bit quieter. We aren't trying to be the most modern place in the world; we just provide a place to stay that feels familiar. It’s a busy life running a hotel in the middle of Sadar, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it over the years. We just keep the doors open for everyone.
