We operate out of Parishram building in New Nandanwan, right on the Ring Road. It’s a decent spot in Nagpur, though the road can get pretty loud with all the heavy trucks passing by at night. Our office is on the Prabhu Nagar side, which is a bit more residential and relaxed. It isn't a hotel itself, but it’s where a lot of the behind-the-scenes work for the hotels happens. You’ll see us staring at spreadsheets or arguing about supply costs over lunch. We’ve got a small kitchen area where someone is usually making coffee, and the smell of it fills the hallway. The desks are covered in notebooks and pens because we still like to write things down sometimes. It’s not a shiny corporate tower; it’s more like a house that’s been turned into a workspace. We know the neighbors, and the local guard usually stops by for a chat in the evening. Working in this part of Nagpur means we are a bit away from the main city center, which is actually quite nice. It feels a bit more like home. We don't put on any acts here. If things are busy, it looks busy. If it's a slow Tuesday, you might find us chatting about the latest movie. We just focus on keeping the wheels turning for the hospitality side of things. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the right people are in the right places at the right time.
