Hotel Shangrila

My family has been running Hotel Shangrila for quite some time now. We are tucked away at 790, right behind Jaswant Cinema in Budhnagar. Most folks find us because they’re going to a movie or visiting someone nearby in Nagpur. It’s not a fancy place, honestly. We have the usual rooms and the staff here mostly knows the regulars by name. My uncle started this place because he wanted something of his own after working in cafes for years. The building is older, but we try to keep it clean. You won't find those big shiny lobbies here. It is just a place to sleep and maybe grab a quick tea. Sometimes the noise from the street gets in, but that is just how Nagpur is. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. I usually handle the front desk myself most mornings. People stay here when they need to be close to the market area without spending too much. It gets busy on weekends when there are big releases at the cinema next door. We keep things pretty simple. If you need a blanket or some water, you just have to ask. We don't have those fancy automated systems. It is just us and a few helpers making sure things work out every day.
