We’re based out of Mankapur at 181 Jai Hind Nagar. Nagpur can be a pretty intense place when the sun is out, but we’ve got our routine down at this location. It’s a decent area, and Jai Hind Nagar has a nice mix of homes and small businesses like ours. The building isn't new, but it's sturdy and serves Tristar Retail Pvt. Ltd. well enough. We have enough room for what we do, and we don't feel the need for anything more elaborate. Inside, it's pretty much what you'd expect from a local office—desks, some old chairs, and a lot of files. We aren't big on decorations or fancy rugs. Our day usually starts early before the heat really sets in. Someone brings in the mail, we check what needs to be sorted, and we get to it. It’s a very hands-on atmosphere here. If someone is busy, someone else jumps in to help. We don't have many formal rules about how things are done as long as the work gets finished. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the street noise through the walls, which reminds us we're part of the city. We like being in Mankapur because it feels grounded. It’s not a corporate park; it’s just a street where people work hard. We’re just one of those groups trying to keep things moving day by day.
