Samsung Digital Plaza

We run the Samsung Digital Plaza through Mahesh Enterprises over at Azamshah Chowk on C.A. Road. It’s a busy corner of Nagpur. The shop stays quite active because of where we are. We have all the different gadgets and appliances set up on the floor. It’s a lot of tech to keep track of. Sometimes people come in just to look around or ask questions about how the new phones work. We try to explain things as best as we can, even if we aren't tech experts ourselves. We just learn as we go. The air conditioning is usually running so it's a bit cooler in here than outside on the street. The noise from C.A. Road never really stops. We spend a lot of time unpacking boxes and making sure the displays look okay. It’s not a huge space, but we make it work. Some days are slower than others. We mostly just wait for customers to come in and help them find what they’re looking for. It’s a regular retail job. We have a small back room for paperwork and breaks. Sometimes the deliveries are late, which can be a bit of a headache for us. We just try to stay organized. It’s a decent place to work. We see a lot of different people every day. Nagpur is a big city, and Azamshah Chowk is right in the thick of it. We keep our doors open and wait for the next person to walk in.
