Ma Durga Mobile Shop

Ma Durga Mobile Shop is located right in Karanja. If you know where the Punjab & Sindh Bank is, we are just a short walk from there. It’s a small shop, but we pack a lot of stuff into the glass counters. You’ll see all sorts of phone cases, chargers, and those little screen guards that everyone always seems to need. The street outside can get quite loud with the traffic and people going into the bank, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby or work at the shops on the same road. We spend a lot of time helping people figure out why their phones aren't charging or selling them a new prepaid card. Sometimes we just sit and talk with the neighbors when business is slow in the heat of the afternoon. There’s a small stool behind the counter where I sit. The walls have some posters of old phone models that we never bothered to take down. It’s a simple setup, really. We don’t have fancy lighting or anything like that. Just a few tube lights and a fan that squeaks a bit when it’s on high. People know us by name around here, which is nice. We open up early and stay until the street gets quiet in the evening. It’s just a regular local business doing what we can in this part of Karanja.
