Three-D Engineers

Our shop is tucked away in the Tapovan Complex over in Jaiprakash Nagar. It’s at No. 37 D. It’s one of those places that’s easy to miss if you’re not looking for it, but we’ve been here long enough that most of the regulars know exactly where to go. It’s an engineering setup, so there’s always bits of metal and various tools scattered across the benches. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because that's not what we're here for. We mostly deal with mechanical parts and fixing up components that people bring in. The light in the complex isn't the best in the afternoons, so we have these big shop lights to see what we're doing on the lathes. Jaiprakash Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always some noise from the street coming through the windows. We’ve got a small team, just a few of us who know the machines inside and out. We drink a lot of tea while we work and talk about whatever needs fixing that day. It’s not a high-tech lab or anything, just a practical engineering shop where we use our hands and our brains to get things to fit together. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought, but we stay until it’s sorted. It’s just the way we do things here in the complex, focusing on the work at hand rather than anything else. Most of our tools have been with us for years.
