Be Mechanical

You can find us at Plot No 1 in Pannase Layout, which is a fairly quiet part of Nagpur. It’s a good location for Be Mechanical because we have enough space to handle the things that come our way. The layout has changed a bit since we first arrived, with more buildings going up around us. Our plot has plenty of room for the equipment, though it often feels like we are running out of space when a big job comes in. The sun in Nagpur doesn’t play around, so the mornings are our most productive time before the midday heat hits the roof. We have a small office area blocked off from the main work floor where the billing and phone calls happen. It’s usually a bit messy with parts and tools scattered around, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just show up, open the shutters, and get to work on whatever mechanical issues need solving. Most of the people who come by are local guys or businesses from the nearby areas. We usually have a bit of a chat over some chai before getting down to business. It’s the kind of place where you get grease on your hands and you don’t worry about it too much. We just keep things moving and stay focused on the tasks.
