Therm-X Industrial Equipments Pvt Ltd

We operate out of MIDC Butibori, at plot 15/18. It’s a large industrial area, and being out here means we have the space we need for Therm-X Industrial Equipments Pvt Ltd. We mostly work on big industrial gear, the kind of things that take up a lot of room and require some heavy lifting. The shop floor is usually busy with someone welding or assembling parts. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we like it that way because it means we have plenty to do. We moved into this spot because we needed the proximity to other industrial units. Most of the time, we’re just focusing on the next project on the list. We don’t really go for big meetings or polished presentations. If someone needs to see what we’re doing, they usually just come down to the plant and have a look at the equipment themselves. The weather out here in Butibori can get really hot, especially in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and carry on. We have a decent-sized team, and most of the guys have been with us for a while now. We don't really have a marketing department; we just rely on the fact that we've been here doing this for years. It’s a simple setup—tools, materials, and a bit of sweat. We try to keep things organized, but in a heavy equipment shop, there's always a bit of clutter.
