SUGANDHSAI ADVENTURE VILLAGE AND RESORT PRIVATE LIMITED

Sugandhsai Adventure Village and Resort Private Limited is out in Khaparkheda, near Nagpur. Our office is located at house number 281, ward number 2, in Chankapur. It’s actually the residence of Shri Santosh Fulchand Kuril. We don’t have a flashy office in a big business park. Instead, we work from this local spot, which keeps us close to the community. Khaparkheda is a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like the space and the quiet it offers. We’re mostly focused on adventure and resort activities, so being in a more rural setting makes sense for us. The office is just a simple room where we handle all the administrative stuff. We don't have a big team or any fancy equipment. It’s just a couple of us managing the day-to-day tasks. We spend a lot of time on the phone and dealing with local paperwork. It’s not a glamorous job, but we enjoy it. We don’t use corporate jargon or have big meetings. We just talk about what needs to be fixed or planned for the next week. Being in Chankapur gives us a very different perspective than if we were in a big city. We are just local people trying to make Sugandhsai work. It’s a modest setup, but it’s ours, and we’ve been here for a while now. It’s just a straightforward, honest business.
