SN Dandare Hotels Private Limited is our family-run type of business. We are located care of Anil Purushottam Padhye over in the Civil Lines area. Specifically, we are near the Coal Mines Provident Fund building. Civil Lines is a bit of a quieter part of town compared to some others, which we like. It has a lot of old trees and government offices around. Our business is in the hotel sector, which usually means we are busy with property management and looking after guests. We’ve been set up here for a good while. It’s a professional but simple environment. We don’t go for big advertisements or anything too loud. We mostly rely on the fact that we’ve been around and people know where to find us. Dealing with the hospitality side of things requires a lot of patience. There's always a room that needs a lightbulb changed or some paperwork that needs filing with the local authorities. We just take it one day at a time. It’s honest work and it keeps the team busy. Being near the Coal Mines Provident Fund office means it’s a landmark most people recognize. We are just a small group of people trying to run a hotel business the right way. It’s not always perfect, but we do our best to stay on top of things every single day.
