My workspace is located in Laxmi Nagar, which is a well-known part of Nagpur. I have lived and worked in this city for a long time, and I really like the feel of this neighborhood. It is not a huge, polished office with a reception desk and shiny floors. Instead, it is just a practical room where I can focus on my daily chores and keep my records straight. Nagpur can get incredibly hot, so I spend a lot of time making sure the cooler is working properly. I don't have any big signs outside or a marketing team telling people what I do. Most of my work comes from local people who know me or who have heard about me from their friends. I start my day early, usually walking to the office if the weather isn't too bad yet. I keep a lot of notebooks because I find it easier to track things on paper than on a screen all the time. There is always a lot of activity on the streets of Laxmi Nagar, especially during the orange season when the markets are full. Inside my space, I try to keep things calm, though there are usually stacks of papers that need my attention. I don't make big promises or use any corporate language. I just show up every day, do what needs to be done, and try to be fair with everyone I meet. It is a simple, honest way to work.
