Shankara Building Product Ltd. is situated at Plot No. D-1, specifically in Godown No. 8. We are in the MIDC Industrial Area on Hingna Road. Being in an industrial zone means it’s all about business and moving goods. Our godown is a large, open space where we keep all the building materials stacked up. It’s not a place you’d come for a fancy shopping experience, but it’s where you go when you need steel, cement, or other construction supplies. There is always a forklift moving around or a truck backing into the loading bay. It gets pretty loud with all the machinery and the metal clanging together. Our staff wears rugged clothes because the work is dirty and physical. We spend most of our time checking inventories and making sure the right products go out to the right construction sites. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing with all the different sizes and grades of materials, but we sort it out. Hingna Road is always busy with industrial traffic, so we are used to the constant hum of engines. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just provide the materials people need to build offices and homes. It’s a big, dusty warehouse, but it’s where the real work of building the city starts. We keep things moving as best as we can every day.
