At Samarth Pharma, we’re located over at Plot No.169 in Revati Nagar, right in the Besa area. It’s a decent spot, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Mostly, we spend our time handling medicine and making sure the shop stays tidy. People from around Besa come in quite a bit, so we try to keep the basics on hand. It’s not always easy keeping everything in stock, especially when there’s a sudden rush, but we do what we can. The building is easy to spot once you get onto the main stretch. We’ve been here long enough that most of the regulars know us by name. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, but usually, there’s a steady stream of work to keep us busy. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything; it’s just us working behind the counter and making sure the orders are right. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers. Sometimes the boxes pile up in the back room and we have to spend the whole afternoon just clearing space. It’s a practical kind of job. We like the area because it’s quiet enough but still has plenty of people moving around. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the daily tasks that need doing.
