Sachin Lithikar

Sachin Lithikar is the name on the door at 27, Sarvashree Nagar. We are located in the Dighori area, specifically on Umrer Road. It’s a bit further out from the main hub of Nagpur, but Umred Road is always busy with trucks and people traveling. Sarvashree Nagar is a relatively quiet residential patch, so our office has a very calm atmosphere compared to the main road. The building is a simple structure, and we occupy number 27. There isn’t much in the way of decoration here. We have the basic furniture we bought when we first moved in, and it still serves its purpose just fine. Most of the day is spent handling phone calls and sorting through files. Since it’s a smaller operation, everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. There’s no hierarchy or formal dress code. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the work. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby or the wind blowing off the road, so we’re always wiping down the desks. It’s a very straightforward way to earn a living. We don’t have any big slogans or fancy ways of talking. We just open the doors, see what needs to be fixed or finished, and stay until it’s done. It’s a modest place but it works for us.
