You can find us in the middle of Sadar Bazar, right across from Mahalaxmi Mattresses. It’s a busy spot on Samiullah Khan Marg, near Azad Chowk. If you know where the old Sadar House is, we’re basically right there. Being in Sadar Bazar means it’s always loud and there’s always something happening right outside the door. Our workspace is usually a bit of a mess with tools and parts scattered around, but that’s just the nature of technical work. We don't spend much time cleaning up for show because there’s always another job waiting. Ritesh and the rest of the guys here just focus on getting things fixed. We’ve been in this same spot for quite a while, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Despite all the noise and the crowds at the mattress shop across the way, we manage to get our work finished. It’s not a fancy office with air conditioning or anything like that. Just a practical place where we can do our repairs and services. We don't have a big website or a sales team. Most people just walk in because they’re in the bazaar and they need something looked at. We talk to the other shop owners around here, and it feels like a real community. It’s a tough way to make a living sometimes, but it’s what we know how to do best. We just keep working through the heat.
