Rishank Realtors 2 shares the same spot at Plot No 33 on App Rpts Road in Sneh Nagar. It is funny having two parts of the business in one place, but it works out fine for us. We are in the same building, so the atmosphere is pretty much the same every day. It is a calm area of Nagpur. Sometimes the only sound you hear is the birds or the occasional scooter passing by outside. Our office space is simple. We have some mismatched chairs and a lot of maps pinned to the walls for reference. We do not try to look like a big corporate firm because we are definitely not one. We are just local realtors. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at site visits when the weather allows. In the summer, the office gets quite hot, even with the air cooler running at full speed. We usually have lunch together at the big desk in the middle. It is a very informal way of working. We do not have a dress code or anything like that. We just focus on the property tasks we have for the day. Being in Sneh Nagar for so long, we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We just keep doing our thing, helping folks with their real estate needs without making a big deal out of it. It is just work.
