Our office is located on the first floor over at Plot No. 10 in Abhyankar Nagar. Real Living Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend most of our days talking to people about houses and land. It’s not a huge setup, just a practical space where we can sit down and look at paperwork without too much noise from the street. Finding a place to stay or invest in can be a real headache, and we've seen plenty of people get frustrated with the whole process. We just try to help navigate that. The neighborhood here is familiar to us, and we've been around long enough to know which way the wind blows in the local market. It’s mostly just sitting across a desk, looking at maps, and explaining how the local rules work. We don't go for those flashy presentations you see from big firms. Usually, it's just a conversation over some tea. We deal with all sorts of people, from young families looking for their first flat to older folks wanting to sell their property. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks through the door. Some days are spent entirely on the phone, and others we are out looking at sites in the heat. It's decent work that keeps us grounded. We’ve stayed in this spot because it's easy for people to find us. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the area well and keep things moving.
