If you find yourself in Trimurti Nagar, you’ll likely pass by our office at 200/C. Rudra Real Estate has been based here in the N.I.T. Layout for a while now. Nagpur gets incredibly hot, so most of our morning is spent trying to get as much done as possible before the afternoon sun hits. Dealing with land and property around here is a lot of back-and-forth. People come in with their families, looking for a bit of ground to call their own, or maybe an apartment that isn't too far from work. There’s a lot of sitting around and drinking tea while we go over maps and government papers. The paperwork side of real estate is never fun, but it has to be done. Our office isn't some high-rise suite; it’s a practical space where we can lay out big charts on the table. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there talking to the neighbors until it comes back on. We know the streets around Nagpur pretty well by now. We’ve seen this layout grow from just a few plots to a busy neighborhood. It’s not always easy, especially when prices fluctuate or someone changes their mind at the last minute. We just take it day by day. It’s about being around, being visible, and knowing who owns what piece of dirt in this part of town. We just try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the front door.
