Rishank Realtors 1 is over in Sneh Nagar on App Rpts Road. Our office is at Plot No 33. It is a nice, quiet residential street with a lot of big trees around. We like it here because it is away from the main city chaos of Nagpur. The office is just a regular room on the ground floor of the house. We have a couple of desks and a shelf full of old files and maps. There is a small gate at the front that sometimes gets stuck when it rains. We spend our mornings looking through property listings and our afternoons meeting people. It is not a high-pressure job at all. We just take things as they come each day. The neighbors are friendly and we often see them walking their dogs while we are sitting inside working. We do not have a big team or any fancy equipment. Just some basic computers and a printer that acts up quite often. We know the Sneh Nagar area inside out because we have been here so long. Most of our work comes from people living nearby who want to sell or buy a house. We just give them the honest facts and help them with the legal papers. It is a steady, quiet life in a good part of town. We are just regular people doing a regular job from our little office on the road.
