Radhesandesh Realtors is based right in Santra Market. If you know Nagpur at all, you know this place is full of energy and the strong smell of oranges during the winter season. Our office is located at House No-897. It is an old building tucked into a very narrow street. Sometimes the big trucks blocking the road make it hard for us to even get to work on time. The office is small and the walls could definitely use a fresh coat of paint soon. We have lived and worked in this part of the city for a long time. We do not have any big mission statements or fancy goals. We just know the property market here very well because we see it every day. There is always dust coming in from the market outside, so we are constantly wiping down the desks and chairs. Most people who come to see us are locals who have been in the trade for years. We sit on simple plastic chairs and talk about land and buildings. It is a very down-to-earth environment for everyone. We do not use any marketing tricks or fancy English. We just tell it like it is. Being in the heart of Nagpur’s oldest trading hub means we are always busy with something. It is a humble setup, but it works for us. We just handle the paperwork and help people find what they are looking for in the city.
