We run Qbinn Resorts Private Limited. Our spot is on Jaitala Road, specifically at Plot No. 49 in Shastri Layout. It's a quiet area. We like the layout because it’s easy to navigate. Dealing with resorts means we are always looking at travel stuff. It’s not always easy but we make it work. Jaitala Road has changed a bit over the years. We remember when there were fewer buildings. Now it's busier. Plot No. 49 is where we keep our files and do the planning. We aren't some massive corporation with a glass building. We are just people in an office. Sometimes we have tea and talk about the next steps. It’s a local business. We don't put on airs. Shastri Layout is a decent place to be based out of. We focus on the resort side of things. People ask us why we chose this spot. Well, it's convenient for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work. There isn't a lot of mystery to it. We just handle hospitality. We see a lot of people coming through Jaitala Road. It's a good connection point. Shastri Layout feels like home to us. Being at Plot No. 49 is just where we ended up. We don't spend money on big ads. We just try to do right by the people who use our resorts. It's a daily grind like any other job. We wake up, head to the office, and get to it. Sometimes the weather is hot, sometimes it rains, but we stay open. It's just Qbinn Resorts.
