Our place is in Saket Nagar in Nagpur, specifically at Plot No-48. It’s a decent area and fairly easy to find once you’re in the neighborhood. We call the business Palchha Hospitality. We spend our time managing different parts of the hospitality world. Nagpur is a growing place, and we’re just a small part of it. The office isn’t anything out of the ordinary. It’s just a space where we sit down and get things done. We deal with a lot of different people every day. It’s mostly about making sure things run smoothly for guests elsewhere. We don't have a big corporate structure here. It’s more like a family environment where everyone knows what they need to do. Some days are slow, and some days we’re running around trying to catch up. That’s just the nature of this kind of work. We’ve been at this address for some time now and know the local area well. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to do our jobs and go home at the end of the day. The weather in Nagpur can get quite hot, so we usually have the AC running while we work on bookings. Saket Nagar is a quiet enough place to have an office. We've got Plot No-48, which is basically a converted space that works well for us. There's a little snack shop down the road where we get our samosas. It’s a very normal life. We don’t have a fancy website. We just have our names and this address.
