We set up shop in Rajat Heights on Koradi Road, specifically in the Zingabai Takli area of Nagpur. Being on Koradi Road means we are right in the middle of a lot of traffic and activity. Our place is part of the Rajat Heights building, so we have a good mix of residential and commercial neighbors. We spend most of our time dealing with computer hardware and various software issues that people bring in. It's a mix of selling new systems and trying to breathe some life back into old ones. The shop is usually filled with the sound of cooling fans and the occasional beep from a motherboard. We have a small counter at the front for customers and a larger area in the back where the actual repair work happens. It’s not always the tidiest place because there are always cables and spare parts laying around while we work on different projects. Zingabai Takli has grown a lot, so we stay pretty busy with the local residents who need their laptops fixed for school or work. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on people in the building or the nearby area telling their friends about us. It is just a regular local business trying to help people stay connected with their devices without making things too complicated. We enjoy being part of this busy Nagpur neighborhood and seeing all the different people who walk through our door. It is quite a lively spot. We hope to see you around.
