NobleVista Realty Solutions is over in Vishwakarma Nagar, which is a busy part of Nagpur. Our office is right there in the Lilai Residency building. We are up in room 201/B. It is not a very big space, just enough for our desks and a few chairs for when people stop by to chat. Plot No 7 is easy to find if you know the layout of the neighborhood. Most days we are just sorting through papers or talking on the phone about different properties and deals. The heat in this city can be a lot, especially in the summer, so we keep the ceiling fan going all day long. We do not have any fancy signs or big marketing displays on the walls. It is just a practical place where we get our daily work done. The building is a bit older, and you can always hear the street noise coming in from the balcony area. We’ve been working from here for a while now. Some of us live nearby, so the commute is short and easy. We are just local people trying to handle real estate stuff without too much fuss or extra talk. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out and drink some tea. It is a quiet routine for the most part. We know the neighbors and the local shops nearby. If you walk past Lilai Residency, you will see our name. We just focus on the daily tasks.
