You can find Nikita Pharma World at Shop No 20 on the first floor of GM Market in Gandhibagh. This market is a very old and crowded place, which is typical for this part of the city. Being on the first floor is a bit better than the ground floor because it’s slightly less frantic, but it’s still a very busy spot. GM Market is known for being a place where you can find almost anything if you look hard enough. Our shop is just one small part of that maze. We’ve got our shelves packed to the ceiling because space is tight in Gandhibagh. We know most of the other shopkeepers around us, and there’s always someone stopping by for a chat or a quick cup of tea. The building itself has seen better days, and the stairs are quite narrow, but it has a lot of history. We spend our hours managing the stock and helping out the people who come in with specific needs. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We don't use any fancy systems, just a lot of lists and a good memory for where everything is kept. The air in the market is always thick with the smell of different goods and the sound of people bargaining. It’s a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat, but it’s our home base.
