We are located right in the middle of Nagpur, at Jhansi Rani Square. The company is Naivedhyam Resorts & Hotels Private Limited. Our office is actually inside or part of the Naivedhyam Restaurant building, at 198-200 Sitabuldi. If you’ve been to Nagpur, you know Sitabuldi is probably the busiest place you can find. It’s always crowded with shoppers and traffic. Working right above or next to a restaurant means there’s always the smell of food around, which is actually quite nice most of the time. We handle all the resort and hotel business from here. It’s a central spot, which makes it easy for people to reach us, though parking is always a nightmare. The office itself is pretty functional. We have a lot of history in this building. It’s not a modern glass tower; it’s a real place with character. We deal with the hotel operations and the resort side of things daily. There’s always someone coming in to ask questions or deliver something. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just manage the properties and stay busy with the day-to-day requirements. It’s a bit noisy because of the square outside, with all the horns and people, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just keep doing our work in the heart of the city, keeping things simple and practical. This has been our base for a long time and we like it.
