MADHUBANI RAMS INFRA AND RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED

We’re based in Nagpur, specifically at house no 2B in Vrundavan Estate over in Godhni. The company, Madhubani Rams Infra and Resorts Private Limited, is a mix of things—infrastructure and resorts. It sounds like a lot, and some days it really is. We spend half our time looking at construction plans and the other half thinking about how to run a resort properly. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but Godhni is a growing part of Nagpur, so it’s worth being here. Our office isn't some glass tower; it’s just a regular building where we get things done. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just write down what needs to happen and then we go out and do it. It’s about building things that last and then making sure people enjoy staying there when everything is finished. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer, which makes the resort side of things interesting. We’ve had our share of ups and downs since we started Madhubani Rams. It’s just part of being in business. We focus on the practical side—permits, materials, and helping our guests. It’s a lot of juggling, but we’re used to it by now. We’re just local folks building a business in our hometown and hoping for the best. It takes a lot of sweat, but seeing a project come together is a good feeling. We just take it one brick at a time.
