Kreo Capital Asset Private Limited

Kreo Capital Asset Private Limited has its office over in the Sadar area. We are in Block No. 503 on the 6th floor of the B Wing in Shriramshyam Towers. It is a tall building and we are right near the NIT Building, which is a major landmark in this part of town. Working in Sadar means we are right in the middle of all the local commercial life. Our office is usually quite busy with people talking and phones ringing. We have our desks all set up and there is plenty of work to keep us occupied. From the 6th floor, we can see a lot of the streets and the buildings nearby. Shriramshyam Towers is a well-known spot, and there are many other small businesses in the B Wing besides us. We don't bother with mission statements or corporate speeches. We just focus on the daily tasks of managing assets. The staff usually takes a break together in the afternoon for some tea and a bit of a chat. It is a no-frills environment where we just get the job done. Being near the NIT building is handy because we never have to give complicated directions to anyone coming over. It is a solid, honest place to work and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. We are just regular people working hard in a busy part of the city and doing our best.
