We are Bajaj Capital, over in East Wardhaman Nagar, specifically at Plot No 113. If you’re familiar with this side of Nagpur, you’ll know we are right opposite the Haldiram’s factory. That means some days the air smells like spices and snacks, which is honestly better than most industrial areas. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer, so we spent a good amount of time making sure our fans and cooling units are working properly. The office itself is quite simple and down-to-earth. We have a few rooms filled with desks and cupboards where we keep all our files. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part, excluding the factory traffic and the occasional delivery truck. We have a small yard out front where a few of us park our scooters in the shade. Most of our day is spent sitting at our desks, working through whatever paperwork comes our way. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a few calendars and some necessary charts for our work. It’s a functional space. People in Wardhaman Nagar are generally friendly, and we know many of the other business owners nearby. We’ve been here long enough that the postman doesn't even have to look at the house number anymore. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done every single day. It’s not a big corporate operation, just a local office handling its business in a steady, quiet way.
